Qualifying Checklist
Items disappear only when they fully qualify.
Customer last name
Required. Ask them to spell it.
Only homeowner on title?
If there is another homeowner, they must be included.
Property type
No mobile homes in a park. Townhomes excluded. Duplex OK only if they own all units.
Property qualifies (allowed type)?
Click Yes only if the property type is acceptable per your rules.
Email address
If they do not have an email they can use, they are disqualified.
Phone number
Confirm it. Prefer the one that can receive texts.
Can receive texts on that number?
Required for reminders + bill screenshot flow.
Credit score 620 or higher?
Do NOT ask the exact score. Only ask if it's 620+.
Do they get the bill in the mail or online?
Select one.
Address
Street / City / State. Confirm opens Google Maps so you can verify fast.
Utility provider
Must be captured. If they don't know, you can find it via utility maps/resources.
Average utility bill amount
Estimate is fine. Helps set expectations.
